304 stainless steel sheet is a flat product made of austenitic stainless steel as the base material through hot rolling or cold rolling processes. It is mainly used for the manufacture of structural components, equipment shells, and parts with requirements for surface condition and formability.

Suitable for complex forming processes

Elongation ≥40% allows the material to undergo significant plastic deformation without cracking during stamping, bending, and stretching, making it suitable for manufacturing deep-processed parts.

Can be used directly for exterior parts

Available for BA, 2B, No.4, and mirror finishes, with different surface roughnesses corresponding to different appearance grades, reducing subsequent surface treatment processes.

Suitable for use in normal environments

The composition system of 18–20% Cr and 8–10.5% Ni forms a passivation film in water, air, and general industrial media, thereby slowing down the uniform corrosion process.

Wide range of processing adaptability

Covering thin to medium-thick plates from 0.3–12 mm in thickness, with corresponding specifications selectable according to different processing methods (stamping, bending, welding).
