Introduction

S31254 Duplex Stainless Steel Plate is a super-austenitic stainless steel with high Cr, Ni, Mo, and N for offshore, marine, oil & gas, and chemical applications.

Advantage

Superior Corrosion Resistance

High Cr-Mo-N composition with PREN > 43 resists pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater and chloride environments.

High Strength

Provides ≥550 MPa yield and ≥800 MPa tensile strength, about twice that of 304/316.

Good Weldability

It can be welded using TIG, MIG, and manual arc welding.
